  2. Purposes and legal bases of processing

    Handling inquiries and booking calls

    Processing of your identification and contact details (name, email, optionally phone, company name, links, description of your inquiry) to arrange and prepare a consultation.

    Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

    Website analytics

    Processing of data about your behavior on the site to improve its content and functionality.

    Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

    Marketing and conversion measurement

    Ad targeting and measuring campaign effectiveness.

    Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

    Analytics and marketing run only after consent in the cookie banner. Specific tools are added once actually deployed (planned: Clarity / Google Analytics / Meta Pixel).

  3. Recipients and transfers

    To run the website and handle inquiries, I use the following providers (processors), who process data on my behalf and per my instructions:

    • Website hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU)
    • Booking and video calls: Cal.com, Inc.
    • Email delivery (confirmations and notifications): Resend, Inc. (USA)
    • Website analytics (only after consent): Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), Google LLC
    • Marketing and conversion measurement (only after consent): Meta Platforms, Inc.

    Some providers are based outside the EU, mainly in the USA. In such cases, data transfer takes place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

  4. Retention

    I keep data from forms for 2 years from our last communication, unless a contract is concluded. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

  5. Your rights

    You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. You can withdraw consent to analytics and marketing at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

  6. Cookies

    This website uses cookies to ensure functionality and to analyze traffic.

    • Necessary cookies: ensure the basic operation and security of the site. They cannot be turned off.
    • Analytics cookies: help measure traffic (Microsoft Clarity, Google). They run only after your consent.
    • Marketing cookies: let us measure ad effectiveness (Meta). They run only after your consent.
